I worked with Bounce in launching “Bounce Infinity”, India’s first two wheeler with swappable batteries across 20+ cities in India. I was responsible for market research on product positioning & GTM strategy — achieving 40,000 pre-bookings through launch campaigns, partnerships and growth marketing.

- Expanded the community into 200+ artist network in chennai.- Managed a team of 6 people covering operations, marketing and design.- Planned and successfully ran 100+ events.- Developed SOP to make events run at scale.- Handled events and marketing for hotel brands like Marriot, MGM, Radha regent.- Built strategies to acquire audiences with better retention rates, also reduced CAC.- A/B tested multiple form types/ posters to maximize the response rate.- Created and executed SOPs for partner venue acquisitions, in event operations.- Partnered with third-party vendors for content creation projects, sound and venue designs. - Executed BTL marketing strategies and improve online presence on social media and ticketing platforms.
