We specialize in artisan contractors and GCs- mainly roofers, paper roofers, framers, insulation contractors all doing residential and commercial work. Being a niche wholesale broker, I’ve got an excellent pulse on the market place and am aware of certain markets that most folks are unaware of. I focus on construction and have good markets for it. My career began at Texas Teacher Retirement systems in 2010 and has spanned the financial services sector. From mortgage companies, securities law firms to hedge funds, I have honed a financial skillset with over 14 years of experience in the financial services sector and core competencies in relationship building and closing sales. I’ve sat on the Future and Derivatives Committee for the New York City Bar and counseled homeowners, seniors and now businesses regarding their financial needs. Received a BS in Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin where I served as the Vice President of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc and the Black Business Students Association for the McCombs School of Business and worked as an investment analyst at the Teacher Retirement Systems of Texas (200B AUM). Also received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where I served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association, sat on the board of the Futures and Derivatives Committee for the New York City Bar Association and worked in compliance at Central Park Group a 4B AUM fund of funds asset manager.
