As the head of Projects at TIWIT.Life, • I have taken up the responsibility for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to established timelines and budgets.• build and manage Project Teams and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles • In addition, I manage Project Development from initiation to closure.This includes making all the Documentation for the SDLC Deliverables (Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document, RACI chart for the activities etc.)• Ensuring Project risks are understood, identified and managed by identifying gap analysis plans that include risk mitigation strategies and monitoring plans.• Complete the Work Breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task.• Provide a project Schedule to identify when each task will be performed• Clearly Communicate Expectations to Team members and stakeholders.• Act as a mediator between Team members and stakeholders resolving any issues and solving problems throughout the project Life Cycle. • Effectively Manage Scope changes by following best practices and standards helping in Resource planning and staffing track and report on Project milestones provide status reports to all stakeholders on specified intervals develop tools & best practices for Project Management & execution.

As Founder of Tekza Solutions, I took up the responsibility of the Chief executive officer in order to provide the strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and closely coordinate and work with members across different teams. Primary responsibility included plan, develop, implement and direct the company's operational and fiscal function and performance. Analyze and make changes on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions. Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the company that will improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company.Communication was made effectively and established credibility throughout the company with teams as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. Provided strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the company.

Black pearl Theatre troupe was started to bring all young talents from the theatre field and people interested in theatre under one roof.It enabled the transfer of knowledge among the team and transformed into a hub of creativity waiting to explode raw thoughts in a theatrical form, addressing and focusing national issues, educating and enlightening people through theatre. Thus enabling to widen the thought process and able to visualize from different perspectives to add more meaning and color to life.

Leading a nonprofit organization was a totally different experience, The journey has molded the leader in me to mentor and ignite over 300+ youths, panning over several teams in planning, developing, and executing various levels of events and activities throughout the year. The knowledge and experience gained from the organization have honed my decision-making skills which have helped me immensely in my work culture.
