He was responsible for all aspects of the program (e.g., staffing, program development and management, reporting, contracts, budget, quality). The Team supported On-Demand Training Design and Delivery of 1,800 Transformational Leadership Courses, Change Academies to facilitate planning efforts, and Executive Leadership Development Programs: included the design and delivery of an OPM qualified Senior Executive Service Career Development Program (SESCDP). Dr. Eastham holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia (Sociology, and Communication and Rhetoric), a M.S. in Business Management and Supervision from Wilmington University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Kennedy University. Dr. Eastham did his MBA work with the Minuteman Education Program, University of Wyoming and his MSW studies with Dr. Miriam Birdwhistell and Dr. Ray L. Birdwhistell (UVA/VCU) with emphasis in meta-communication, crisis intervention research. He is a Certified Quality Auditor with the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management and Senior Leadership Coaching Certifications.Dr. Eastham was elected to serve on United States Distance Learning Association’s (USDLA) Executive Board as well as the Distance Learning Accreditation Board (DLAB). Currently a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI). Dr. Eastham served on the ASQ Northern Virginia Board and the ASQ National Learning Center Committee to map the direction of the ASQ Learning Center’s path to serve the more than 80,000 members during the next ten years and was elected as an ASQ Division Director.
