About Easwaran R
The term “Sales” has a much broader connotation. A complete process of planning and execution creates a by-product called Sales. There are no buyers on this planet who would welcome the sellers with both hands.A NO from the buyer means an opportunity to sell. NO sets a platform to share knowledge that will result in higher sales volumes. NO comes from an unresolved objection, a concern about the product, ignorance, worry about off-take, price, quality, after-sales etc. This book is titled, “Could not take a no” because I was never able to take a “NO” in any situations. This one trait helped me learn new sales trick with very NO and converting it into Yes. When you have to deal with people and circumstances that is never in your control, the journey becomes a struggle for survival every day. Although travelling and meeting new people every day would seem very interesting the whole joyous experience crumples when the pressure builds up on achieving the targets. The book describes learning through different sales situations which will help readers to understand the deeper meaning and take advantage. It is a small effort to connect and enhance the sales experiences of people in this profession. Every experience opens up a hidden treasure in us.
