When deployed for the Client the Forecasting model was appreciated by the client to be very accurate in the results and was very helpful in planning for their market. Managed the DB team in handling huge volume of data and consistently maintained the performance of the application through database partitioning, archival procedures and database tuning techniques. Also prepared the Technical manuals and User manuals to support the client.Supported the server migration of our eRetailDesk module and also provided training to the IT staff of energy companies for managing the application. Managed the medium sized team in deployment as well as Tracking and resolving the issues for Energy Efficient Program Management Application. Managed the team for Trade capture module enhancements as well as performance requirement of the Client from time to time.
