- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.- Developing the marketing strategy and new product with technical department for the company in line with company objectives.- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.- Preparing online marketing campaigns with marketing department.- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.- Weekly meeting with production department.- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

I work at Fiac headquarter Bologna Italy as a purchase merchandiser. - Responsible for vendor evaluation, quality assurance, relationship building and to develop a comprehensive vendor compliance. - Check and follow the samples, assist in the cost negotiations and terms for new products.- Follow up order tightly and ensure delivery on time to meet production schedule.- Discuss and solve the incoming material problem with quality control and warehouse department.- Cooperates strongly with the Asian Fiac factory, Italy marketing department and the other vendors.

Since I want to continue the studies on marketing developing and foreign trade in Jiangmen WuYi University, I changed my work to FIAC.FIAC is a famous air compressor from Italy. So firstly my verbal and written English improved a lot during working time with colleagues and clients. Secondly I studied a good communication skills with customers from different areas during meeting and exhibition. Thirdly, organized and made sure order finish and ship on time. Fourthly, assistant General Manager on daily business and meeting, which improved my negotiation skills with internal and clients.

My first job is in Heshan Astros Printing Ltd. since my graduation. I work in a sales team for Hallmark brand albums and cards. Work with customers for market intelligence, quality control and new product development. And maintain effective internal communications.
