The HDBS application provided the ability to synchronize data from instances in the field with centralized databases. One of my key responsibilities on the project was to abstract the data objects from the databases using the Entity Framework.Client: Targa ResourcesIndustry: Energy / Energy TradingDeveloped a solution to automate previously manual processes performed by business auditors to improve efficiency and add traceability. The solution was implemented as an ASP.NET web application and provided control over data workflows of billing information from line of business databases into PeopleSoft. My role as software developer included maintaining a drilling and well work information management system. This included versions of the application running in a central office and as well as hundreds of field instances running at local well sites. Redesigned data synchronization processes for optimization of transfers over satellite uplinks with high latency. I successfully led a small development team in an effort to develop a regulatory reporting application that automated the completion and management of drilling and well work forms used by oil and gas companies in 11 states.
