My interest in health & wellness is deeply rooted in my own journey, struggling with addictions and compulsive eating, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem and confusion. Gratefully at age 28 I stumbled into AA and into Buddhist meditation, both of which have given me a foundation for a life based on courage, integrity, wisdom, compassion & service. At 66, with 30 years experience in the healing arts, I believe I have a lot to offer people who want to be more well in body & mind. I know that change happens in baby steps, and I believe we need quality support, and honest feedback to help us along our way. As Rilke said, We must learn to love the questions themselves. What a privilege to help people form and learn from their questions.
