Manage jobs and day to day operations for excavation and grade work projects. Supervise crews and oversee daily production and materials. Operate heavy equipment for roadways,new residential sites and commercial sites. Operate motograder for new curbs and finish rock. Set up and tie in GPS for new sites and lay out grades for excavation. Record daily job-costing numbers including crew hours, truck hours/loads. Report on site conditions, discussions and decisions with inspectors and other project partners. Look for opportunities for improved efficiency and cost-savings.

Manage $1M-15M excavation projects for airports, new roads, and road re-construction for both government and commercial. Oversee equipment operators and grade checkers ; plan/organize daily activities. Create job reports and erosion control reports for state and local municipalities. Work hand in hand with project engineers and project managers for scheduling of staking, paving and concrete work to meet key project dates. Collaborate with state and local agencies for optimizing and reaching project goals and evaluating conditions. Operate a variety of heavy equipment as needed for reaching project deadlines with excellence.

Oversee operators, grade checkers and surveyors. Manage excavation projects such as new residential sites and artificial turf football fields for high schools and college. Create foreman reports on daily activities to include material quantities, footage and materials , equipment and labor hours. Run finish blade for roadways and football fields. Layout job sites from project blueprints. Work with project Superintendents to ensure project is on schedule and on budget to achieve company goals.
