I have held chief executive and senior management roles in the financial services and asset management sectors in New Zealand with seventeen years as CEO of a large national company with assets of $12 billion.I bring extensive expertise in corporate governance, risk management and compliance as well as a strong proficiency in business strategy and profitability. I have worked extensively in the investment banking sector, assisting companies with capital and debt raising and providing merger and acquisition advice.I was elected as board chairman of the Trustee Corporations Association on two occasions, a role responsible for a wide range of industry issues as well as providing extensive involvement and liaison with the government sector.
