Through in-depth research with student-athletes at the University of Delaware, and work with highly regarded D-1 coaches, QTL empowers teammates to lead each other on and off the field. Work with UD Men's Soccer Team captains was followed by the team's first post-season tournament appearance since 1996. Head Coach Ian Hennessy attributed the team's success to the "solidarity amongst the players."The QTL process builds the foundations for the emergence of commitment, accountability, trust, motivation, and performance.____________________The model for the Blue Hen Leadership ProgramThrough primary research with University of Delaware student-athletes, coaches, and the UD Athletic Department, Quantum Teams and Project365Leadership became the driver and foundation for the University of Delaware Blue Hen Leadership Program (BHLP).UD student-athlete program participants named the program the UDELeadership Academy. BHLP has leveraged the leadership development structure and process developed through the research and pilot program, and has recently announced their on-line training model called the “Group Facilitation online workshop,” based on my program’s facilitated online discussion forum that allowed UD student-athletes to discuss issues and topics of relevance for developing leaders.____________________Specialties: Leadership Development, Program Customization, Group/Team Facilitation, Mentoring & Coaching for Individual Athletes.All levels of competition: Professional, Collegiate, High School, and Youth.
