As a Professional Development Client Co-ordinator I work with Professional Development Lawyers and volunteers to co-ordinate professional development and social activities for members of the Criminal Law, Education Law and Women Lawyer Forums sections. Duties and responsibilities:- Organize and facilitate Section executive meetings, section activities, and Section Professional Development programs including educational, social, regional, awards and yearly Institute programming. This includes liaising with section executives, program chairs and subject matter experts; securing venues, refreshments and A/V equipment.- Work closely with the marketing department on advertising and marketing materials for programs and events- Organize planning meetings and conference calls and liaise with volunteers, and subject matter experts with respect to the program and the delivery of materials and presentations for the programs.- Arrange travel and accommodations for out of town speakers- Co-ordinate and monitor program registrations, over the phone, online and in person.- Provide technical support for all Ontario Bar Association Online Programs.
