The studio works on a variety of projects: residential refurbishment and new build, restaurants, bars, and offices, primarily in Dublin, sometimes in the countryside and occasionally abroad.Projects: Castecor House – Design of one off single dwelling, Co. Cork. Area 300sqm. Full Design Service. Currently at Tender stage with construction to begin June 2011. EEDI Studio to project manage build on site.Ezetop - Office Fit-out. Floor Area 378sqm. Design and project management associated with all furniture & finishes.Bel & Belluci - Restaurant Fit-out, Ballsbridge. Floor area: 160sqm. Full Interior Design service including space planning, procurement and project management. project completed November 2010Oliveto – Restaurant Fit-out, DunLaoghaire. Floor area: 115sqm. Full Interior Design service as above, completed March 2009Phi Phi - Restaurant Fit-out, Kho Phi Phi, Thailand. Floor area: 71sqm. Construction drawings provided for client to manage self build. Project completed December 2008

Project Interior Designer collaborating on the design and management of commercial projects My position included responsibility for Client Relations Management, Concept Design and Visual Presentations, conducting site surveys, specification and procurement of materials, on-site project management and cost control.Projects: I collaborated on the completion of office and reception fit-outs of Building 3/4 Dundrum Town Centre, Snow and Rock Retail fit-out, Dundrum, and refurbishments to St. Francis Hospice Raheny, Dublin 5.

Position Description as aboveProjects: Ely CHQ – Wine bar & Restaurant Fit-out. Floor area: 1,200sqm. Involvement with Chq began at Tender stage. Responsible for overseeing all on-site construction through to completion of this project. Ely HQ – Wine bar & Restaurant Fit-out. Floor Area: 1,100sqm Lead Project Designer and main point of contact with the client, main contractor and consultants from design stage until fulfilment of the contract.The Pembroke Hotel - Collaborated on the overall design presentation and provided developed design up to working drawings for the Reception and Restaurant areas. Dunbrody House Hotel – Champagne Bar & Wine Cellar Refurbishment. Lead Project Designer responsible for the design and management of this scheme.Kajjal – Restaurant Fit-out. Lead Project Designer bringing the design from concept to tender, and collaborated with an architectural technician for the on-site project management and realisation of works.

Position: Interior Designer of both commercial and domestic projects.Projects: Budda Bag – Retail Shop fit-out in the Italian Quarter Dublin. Responsible for the internal graphic designs as well as compiling all planning application documents in relation to the proposed works.Grantham Street Apartments – Sympathetic development and subdivision of period building. Design layouts, project management, conservation techniques.Dalkey Private Residence – Refurbishment of 5000 sq ft Period dwelling. Involved with the conservation techniques and heritage process, which this project entailed, as well as specification and procurement of furnishings.
