At the Young Foundation, I helped with the delivery of The Realising Ambition programme, a BIG lottery funded evidenced based early intervention programme, targeting young people who are at high risk of falling in to the criminal justice system. This included doing desk based research and managing social media outlets, such as the professional LinkedIn page. I also researched and co-wrote a policy brief for one of Realising Ambition's delivery organisations. I liaised with stakeholders, attended external meetings, contributed to the delivery of the programme more broadly and helped organise and run workshops.

My role as Information and Communications intern was varied and wide ranging. I did desk based research, including literature reviews and policy research. I did media monitoring and recording, and I assisted with responses to enquiries. I liaised with stakeholders and often helped organisae eventss, such as policy report launches at parliament. I also wrote articles for the e-newsletter and website, as well as updating the website and social media.
