* Prepare Test Plan and Test Strategy.* Implementing quality assurance processes and procedures within the testing team.* Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.* Test case writing, test execution, defect logging, working with Development (Scrum/Kanban).* Execute Test Cases and capture Test Results in Test Management Tool.* Documents issues/defects found in Defect Management Tool and follow up with Development team for the fix. Upon fix, retest the functionality.* Participate in peer reviews, testing process improvements, and other testing related activities.* Analyzes requirements, coordinate with PMs and UXs.* Identifies and reports risks.* Develop and maintain automated test framework* Led the testing effort and coordinated, mediated and mentored new colleagues

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:1. Installation and Testing of localized products (hardware / software)2. Executing Test Plans / Test Cases for applications released on Mobile and PC platforms3. Bug logging of any software defects found during testing4. Execute Performance Testing

1. Develop and maintain test specifications for all F-Secure Engine and its components with respect to compatible F-Secure Products 2. Execute relevant test cases prior to engine release 3. Report test results and analysis to management for quality improvements 4. Develop and maintain automated test framework

Developing opensource web-based application. Conducting PHP training and products training.

Work with open source technologies php, mysql, plone etc. One of the Malaysian government first ever open source project.
