I’m a faculty recruiting consultant with an interest in process improvement, a passion for diversity, and a craving to know more. My unique blend of experience in retail management and logistics helps me excel at creating the most efficient search process from ad drafting to onboarding while offering the best customer service to all of our candidates. Diversity is not just a check box for me. Since November of 2013 we have successfully recruited 21 executives, over half of whom are women or underrepresented minorities. As an Equity and Inclusion Advocate I am available to serve on search committees within the School of Medicine and across the Indianapolis campus. My goal is to shift the demographics of our faculty and staff to reflect the makeup of our vibrant city through inclusive recruiting practices.
