My responsibilities included providing support for the following portfolio of network equipment:- CPE/ONT/PTP equipment from Icotera, Genexis/PacketFront, Alcatel/Nokia- Airties Networks (STB, AP, and routers)I specialized in IPTV customer-level diagnostics and troubleshooting, offering support and guidance on AirTies and Sagemcom hardware, as well as Nordija FokusOn systems.
