As a Technology Specialist, I help small businesses with technical issues on a day to day basis. In addition, I help them optimize the network, servers, backups, workstations, and any other moving parts within the IT environment.A few of the technologies I work with regularly are Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2019, Carbonite backups, Cisco networking, Ubiquiti networking and security, Quickbooks (both cloud and local server) and any other technologies that the small business might want to utilize.
