I commenced my professional career with a specific emphasis on the commercial sector, leveraging my aptitude for public engagement and effective communication. My initial internships provided me with a comprehensive understanding of client relations and the complexities of the supply chain. However, it was during my tenure at Gerdau that I gained a profound appreciation for process management and continuous improvement.Confronted with numerous spreadsheets and repetitive tasks, I was introduced to VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), which significantly transformed my approach to processes. I immersed myself in mastering this language, automating various spreadsheets, and continuously expanding my expertise.This experience led me to discover my professional passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to processes and related disciplines. I have extensively engaged with BPMN notation, spearheading various process mapping projects that delivered substantial improvement outcomes, and implementing and managing projects that have added considerable value to the organizations I have worked with.Currently, my objective is to further enhance this expertise by obtaining certifications in best practices and methodologies demanded by the industry. I have embarked on this path with the Scrum Fundamentals certification (SFC) and have also achieved Black Belt status in Lean Six Sigma.
