- Develop and debug ATE software solutions using, primarily, National Instruments Semiconductor Test Systems (STS) using LabVIEW and TestStand.- Perform test migrations of legacy ATE solutions (C/C++, Teradyne IGXL) to new test platforms with optimized parallelism and test time considered.- Improve solutions to automate test methods for more efficient testing.- Perform data analysis/interpretation and correlation (GR&R, CPK, mean) during production buy-off and/or qualification.- Ensure quality, manufacturability, and sustainability of test solution in testing products according to test methods and specification.- Provide technical support on product/test-related production issues, yield improvement, test process, and test time reduction.- Engage in test performance board development.

- Develop ATE solutions for manufacturing across ATE platforms.- Perform platform conversions to address MFG constraints and improve existing test solutions.- Ensure quality, manufacturability and sustainability of test solution in testing products according to test methods and specifications to support MFG (avoid downtime, improve UPH, reduce test cost, etc..)- Extends efforts in adding quality to solutions by performing FMEA or exploring new test methodologies.- Perform hardware and software development and debug.

QC Engineering Department Intern:- responsible for maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment and instruments- assisting line production and QC engineers- calibration of test equipments- recorded and tracked electronic and mechanical intruments and devices' performance
