Managing B2B Digital Services & Partnerships at Ooredoo Group - Strategy Division

Responsible for product life cycle management, ARPU, yearly revenue targets, Conceptualizing, designing, and implement products, packages & promotions meeting following key targets; • Monthly Subscriber Additions • Monthly revenue collection • Churn management • Sustenance & increment of ARPU

Value Added Services & Solutions provider.• Managed value added services & business development sections.• Products offering included Music & Event based value added services to GSM operators, over Data, SMS & IVR bearers.• Creating synergies with National & International partners for expanding product & services portfolio, including content & content based services.

• Led Marketing VAS team (2 members), managed SMS, IVR, Data, White Label & utility based products & services • Responsible for end to end management including conceptualization, planning, business case development, forecast/capacity scoping, vendor selection, implementation and operation of:• RBT, IVR & SMS based services • Mobile Advertising (Ad RBT, Sponsored Call, Text Insertion etc) • Entertainment & Information based VAS• GPRS/EDGE (Capacity, Coverage & Products) • Automatic Device Management, STK/DSTK• Content based services including Content Aggregation & UGC • Alternate Bill payment & VAS kiosk • VAS retailer program (incentive program for VAS awareness)

Routine activities included Co-ordination with Segments VAS team for change request incorporation as well as IT (operations), Technical (VAS planning, VAS operations, VAS implementation, power planning), Finance (Procurement) Vendor, Customer Care and Legal departments. Major products & areas looked after end to end from commercial included; • RBT • DMS-ADD/DSTK• Voice SMS /Contact Backup service• GPRS based products

Under VAS Content Management, responsibilities included;• Content management of SMS, IVR, Data, RBT & Mobile TV based products. • VAS awareness campaigns at Physical channels (Sales & Service centers)• Mobile Banking (Mobile Bill payment functionality)• White Label & Event based VAS portfolios • Channel management, including Web, WAP, DSTK & IVR• Brand communication for VAS products collateral & communication for BTL & ATL• Responsible for on ground VAS activations/ promotions & Telecom exhibitions
