These projects are located in Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Burundi and Benin.2022-2023: Overseeing research grants for a cohort of four research projects on women’s empowerment in livestock vaccine value chains in Ghana, Senegal, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Nepal, as part of the Livestock Vaccine Innovation Fund Initiative. I provided oversight and support, and organized cohort-level activities and synthesis, including the development of targeted policy briefs, joint publications, and planning dissemination events to encourage greater awareness of gendered barriers to livestock vaccine uptake in livestock systems among decision-makers in the target countries.
