Payroll, Benefits & Compensation Director
CurrentManage and execute the activities of the payroll function via in house payroll system. Develop and deploy competitive benefit programs. Design, communicate, administer, and continuously evaluate and improve competitive total rewards strategies that are aligned with our vision and strategy, cost-effective, and consistent with market trends and employee needs.• Accountable for the timely and accurate payment of payroll to employees, along with proper remittance of all associated government withholding taxes, enrollments, and 401k contributions. Calculate and process quarterly, annual, and other incentive payments through payroll.• Oversee equity and stock programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and quarterly/annual bonus programs.• Review existing processes for efficiency and streamline where necessary; develop policies and procedures; develop and maintain thorough documentation (process flows, checklists, user guides, etc.) for payroll processing, timekeeping, HR data maintenance, payroll tax (setup, reconciliation, payment, filing, amendments, registration, notices, etc).• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of the employee benefits function that results in effective and efficient management of programs and partners (manage open enrollment processes, robust employee communication plans, wellness, and health education initiatives, compliance activities, etc.).
