Dig-iT! Games is an educational video game company that creates learning experiences for social studies classrooms. While there, I was able to lead the Excavate! Series of games re-make where we took user reactions and improved the games. I also was responsible for weekly blog posts and daily social media posts. I presented at the National Conference for the teaching of Social Studies on behalf of the company and engaged with teachers and administrators who wanted to use the products.

Aston, Pa

Responsible for teaching Spanish 1, 2, and 3 in a 1-to-1 laptop district. Worked with the World Language Department to update the current curriculum to reflect proficiency of the language instead of mastery. I was part of the team who piloted devices before going 1-to-1 laptops and also helped with the roll-out. Presented at the state educational technology conference (PETE&C) on digital tools for the World Language Classroom. Acted as a technology integrator where I developed and gave professional development sessions.
