We help Swedish companies expand globally, and international companies to invest and expand in Sweden by consulting start-ups, SMEs and large corps in global market expansion and international business development. I am part of our Healthcare and Life Science team based in London.Key responsibilities include:• Project delivery, including scoping and stakeholder management. In my engagements I have always delivered on time and budget• Successfully been part of medium to large engagements• Handling client relationship and participated in project lifecycle from sales to initiation, project management, execution and closure• Support UK investors in identifying and mapping investment opportunities into Sweden, including capital injections, strategic partnerships, and greenfield establishmentStrategic growth and market entry engagements for 30+ Swedish companies (4-5 simultaneous workstreams) across: healthcare and life science; retail and consumer products; fintech and tech. Selection of projects:• Market assessment of 5 countries in Europe for Swedish fintech company• Market assessment and go-to-market strategy development for the French, German, and British consumer product markets for a Swedish foodtech company• M&A target assessment and market entry evaluation for a Swedish food product company• Multi-market market assessment for a Swedish multi-national manufacturing company• Go-to-market assessment and strategic partner search for a Swedish retail company• Go-to-market assessment and strategic partner search for a Swedish medtech company
