At Manpower/Jefferson Wells I was supporting Consultant managers with their recruitment processes, worked towards costumers and had responsibility for conducting security interviews. In this role I worked with salary administration and other HR systems to support and create the best possible everyday work-life for our consultants.

Organizational Developer for Sveriges Elevkårer with responsibility for the Student Unions in Örebro and Värmland County. Acted as a coach for the Student Unions, motivating them to expand and reach their goals in diverse areas such as diversity and marketing with the aim for them to create a better school environment for their members. We used tools such as project management, workshops and education and events. Acted as a lecturer during the project "Backa - Initiativet för en skola fri från sexuella kränkningar" conducted by skolverket and the swedish government. My goal as an organizational developer was to make the students time in school safer, inspiring and encourage the students to take on possibilities. During my time at Sveriges Elevkårer I got the opportunity to work as a work environment representative which sparked my interest for questions regarding health and security within the work place.
