Go Monday is a remote company that offers services for development in peoples professional life. I work part time in the team which is responsible to give constructive feedback on resumes and cover letters to our customers within 24 hours.

Adawi works with companies to in different ways enhance their workplace for the employees and also works with recruitment. As a virtual assistant I have different areas of responsibility such as research candidates, design and work with the company's website and content as well as other marketing related tasks. Since it is a small company we work very tightly together with a daily communication.

FMCG - I worked at the communications department mainly with the Brand-team. - I was responsible for several brands websites and worked with keeping the information on them updated in episerver. I was responsible to coordinate this with our web and social media bureaus as well as the whole marketing department and others.- I was responsible for customer campaigns and collaborations. This meant providing them with the right information and pictures and making sure it fit our deal, need and also brand. - I was responsible for the contact with our social media bureau to discuss, approve and analyze results. - Worked with tasks such as proofreading and planning meetings and events.

Publishing company for educational books.I was responsible for publishing all books and new products on our website through our PIM system. This meant coordinating with many other colleauges on differet departments to make sure everything worked out. During this period Liber started to offer digital books which meant a big difference on how this would look on the website. I was responsible for making this work on the website as well as making sure all employees and departments would be happy with how their products were presented. This meant a lot of discussion and compromising but ended up with a good result.

A part of the team responsible of supporting the customers of the company through email and phone. This mainly regarded the company's digital products and could regard both techincal issues, orders and advice on litterature.

I worked with updating of the contacts in the CRM-system.

Jag ansvarade för sociala medier för ett av företagets plattformar vilket innebar mycket kontakt med företagets influencers. Arbetade även som moderator för ett av Sveriges störta onlineforum. Utöver detta agerade jag digital support för bloggare hos en av plattformarna gällande design och tekniska problem.

Som praktikant ansvarade jag med diverse saker på marknadsavdelningen. Jag arbetade med marknadsplaner, sociala medier, film-inspelningar och mycket mer.
