Educational background as Master of Law (1983), Trainer and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a study in psychology, communication and human development processes (1993-1996).Working experience as company secretary/in-house counsel, project manager, contract manager, contractor and developer. Working with international commercial and contract law since 1983 focusing on international turnkey projects and project export, negotiations, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), mediation, international arbitration and litigation.Employed as Company Secretary/in-house counsel at Kosan Crisplant A/S (1983-1985), working on projects in Japan, Bolivia, Thailand and Algeria.
