Detailed analysis of Trial Balance and ledger scrutiny- Assisting to determine the Audit strategy against risk assessment- Monitor Timely Execution of field work / reviews and Periodic Review of Audit finding.- Lead execution of need based special review and executes fraud investigation review in discreetly - Ensure timely execution conclude on effectiveness and efficiency of Control environment- Identify control gaps, opportunities for improvement and cost saving measure for the organization.- Ensuring there is no significant (high) or repeat Audit issues in Finance processes & ensure implementation of all actionable- Cost Sheet review and Product segment valuation assignments- Assist the process owner in implementing recommended action plan in the report- Reviewing major commercial terms in execution of large value projects- Independently handling multiple audit assignments. This includes understanding of business processes in consultation with process owner and testing the samples for key controls- Reporting / Presentation to clients and Audit Committee.- Mentoring junior staff and performance evaluation.- To carry out routine audit of the Company's functioning and report outcomes

 Preparation of year ending Schedules and Accounts for Audit. Responsible for finalization of annual accounts and reporting as per company reporting rules and Accounting Standards. Verification of Payroll and Validate the Salary distribution closing Entries. Credit control and Verification of supplier’s payments. Verifying and approving purchase entries for VAT returns. Liaison with Banks and prepared Bank Reconciliation statements and report schedules  Coordination with in-house Information Technology department to meet the needs of the Finance Department for day to day operations management Reviewed internal controls, business processes, procedures for improvements, plan strategies for cost reductions, improving performance, and to meet future cash requirements by monitoring accounts receivables. Reviewed trial balance and balance sheet schedules and supported for management accounts. Performed regular profitability analysis and suggest areas for improving profitability

 Disbursement and maintenance of petty cash. Preparation of registers like stock register, debtors register, creditors register, goods inward register etc... Preparation of Receipt and Payment account and Income and expenditure account. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness. Preparation of Payroll and salary distribution and ensure the closing entries
