Conducted strategic research into corporations and sectors, specifically relating to union-building campaigns in the automotive sector in Brazil and the airport sector in Thailand. Participated in learning sessions about the history of the organization and the AFL-CIO.

Worked closely with Professor Miller on his upcoming book transcribing the lectures of late Professor John Schaar. Added additional research on topics of early American political theory.

Helped to manage the department's office, effectively performing administrative jobs such as copying, scanning, and making posters. Coordinated with the college library in order to streamline professor check-outs and returns.

Contributed research and organized a presentation for the National Initiative to Advance Race Equity, within the contexts of the criminal legal system, in collaboration with Professor Adam Biener and JustLeadershipUSA. Helped to write a whitepaper endorsed by actors involved with the legal system.

Oversaw and edited all 35+ articles in the paper each week. Led editorial team of over 20 students through the writing and designing process weekly. Conducted interviews and research culminating in over 90 published articles over the course of my four years in the newspaper.

Managed the entire news section, editing all articles weekly and overseeing all writers and staff. Wrote weekly for The Lafayette.

In addition to writing my own articles every week, I am responsible for editing and revising all articles submitted to the News Section.

Did interviews and research in order to write an article every week, culminating in over 14 articles written in my initial year.

Collaborated with three professors by working with each student four times a semester to develop their own writing. Acted as a liaison between student writers and faculty, oversee 70+ writing associates, lead staff meetings.

Oversaw the entire Panhellenic council and community of 350+ individuals.

Govern each sorority on issues of diversity, ensuring that the five chapters at my school learn and execute the values of equity and inclusion. Organize and lead programs for sororities that educate and address such values.

Work within my sorority to promote diversity and inclusion through the planning, organization, and directing of multiple programs focused on topics of equity, as well as lead discussions and trainings that highlight these issues.

Supervised 23 girls in daily activities, served in a mentor capacity, taught problem resolution, and designed and organized camper programs. Selected by leadership as one of 4 captains for the camp’s paramount competition.

Assisted teacher in educating students in Jewish culture, values, and history as well as the Hebrew language.
