Provide HVAC machinery sizing and ducting detail design. Provide layout of exhaust & supply air duct works. - Manage and supervise the installation on Mechanical HVAC and conduct T&C.- Provide LPG schematic Diagram, 3D design, Pipe details and Load calculation.- Perform technical analysis in project that requires further review concerning MEP.- Oversee the entire project from MEP planning, coordination as well as project management if necessary.

• Prepare the MEPS List for all the equipment and the required utilities.Size up the appropriate electrical devices for equipment requirement and validate the equipment electrical load schedule designed by the electrical contractor must conform in our requirements.• Design the LPG piping layout (LPG Riser, pipe size depending on the heatload and pipelength)• Design the ventilation layout and size up the required exhaust and supply airflow rate, and air pressure drop of the each kitchen hoods with corresponding collar sizes. As well as, the mechanical load schedule of exhaust and supply ventilation design for the kitchen areas.Size the mechanical & electrical details of the walk-in refrigeration system.• Thorough study of the project and team up with other colleagues to complete the detailed MEPS utility layouts for the project.• Prepare the detailed technical documents and refrigeration load schedule particularly the refrigeration system.• Prepare the MEPS Utility Plans required for the design location of kitchen utilities.• Coordinate the MEPS concerns to other contractor prior to the technical matter of the equipment.
