In the Vice President of Regional Marketing role, I was responsible for the West Coast Operations for the company. Main objectives was to maintain the current database, identify and develop new business for the office and into the organization as well as monitor the P/L and reduce expenses. It was also our function to assist all properties enterprise wide in the collection and payment of outstanding markers, both domestic and international guests. In addition, I also oversaw all 4 of the California sports assets/partnerships (LA Lakers, Golden State Warriors, LA Kings and SD Chargers) to ensure the obligations of contract were met and successful usage of the assets in order to develop new business and show appreciation for the current high end guests. In totality these partnerships exceeded $2m on a yearly basis.

As Executive Director of National Marketing at Bellagio I was responsible for approximately 90 employees, overseeing the Casino Marketing Call Center, National Marketing Executives, Director of National Marketing, Casino Marketing Manager, select Player Development Executives, as well as all Database Analytics and seasonal marketing promotions and all events for the table games department. During this time at Bellagio our net revenues for National Marketing grew year over year and ranged from $90M in 2009 and estimated to be on pace for $120m YTD 2012.

Upon promotion to Executive Director I was elevated into more of a Senior role, now serving on the Operating Committee and relinquishing the slot portion of the role, however concentrating on elevating the table games guest experience. As Monte Carlo was in the epicenter of the City Center construction , every day was a challenge to not only retain our market share, but grow it as well. In this very same time we endured a fire that eliminated our top floor and all high end suites that went with it. From this I put a tremendous amount of effort, thought, time and conversations amongst many of my peers across the organization and I created our guest experience program, specific only the property called "PRIVILEGE" This program was designed to cater to our best guests and be a service program unmatched by any other in the industry. The program was built from scratch and needed inclusion and buy in from every department in the property to be a success. We set service standards of a 5 star property at consumer friendly price point. The program was launched by a invite only event, in which I explained the program itself and reasons behind it, our Mission Statement and dedication to the unmatched service these guests would receive as part of being selected for the "PRIVILEGE" program at Monte Carlo. This was both a great learning and personal growth experience that I would not trade for anything. To date, one of my most treasured and proudest moments in the industry

As the Director of Casino Marketing I was responsible or the creation and full implementation of the Table Games Event Calendar, that prior to that only consisted of 2 events per year outside of New Years and Super Bowl. This role also included the supervision of both Table Games and Slot Hosts, VIP Lounge/32nd Floor Lounge, Call Center and as well as all analytics, data mining and promotional offers. I was asked to take on this role by the property President in order to learn Casino Credit and be fully prepared for a leadership role at another property. As a Casino Marketing Executive you are a one stop shop for your guests. A Casino Marketing Executive assists their guests in anything and everything from booking room(s), shows, amenities, establishing/extending casino credit, airfare, both internal and external dining and events, as well meeting set guidelines for supporting on property events such as BJ, Poker, Golf and Slot Tournaments.

In addition to the below responsibilities, I now assisted the Slots and International departments with their analysis and events. The Shadow Creek Reservation Center was also added to my daily functions-overseeing a new reservation system and its implementation, as well as the day to day operations of the department. My direct Supervisors now included the VP of National Marketing, VP of Player Development and for certain projects the VP of Slots

My greatest accomplishment in this role was, along with the Director, creating the FIRST Blackjack Tournament held at The Mirage, and across the enterprise at that point in time

Create ProFormas/Actuals for all National Marketing Events. Evaluate high action daily to ensure players were color coded to the correct gaming level. Responsible for ordering, distributing and maintaining the integrity of all event ticket blocks for the property.
