Current· Identified process pain points and worked closely with directors and upper leadership to implement a formal process that aligned with agile principles and streamlined software development lifecycle. This resulted in a change from releases occurring every few weeks to multiple times per day, with fewer defects found after releases.· Owned defect creation and management processes.· Own the QA process for UI, backend, and databases for all of MarketDial's product verticals.· Lead QA department spread across multiple teams as well as working as an individual contributor on all projects· Devised, implemented, and maintained automated test suite using Cypress and Javascript. · Trained all team members on automated testing, standards, and best practices.· Created our team's monitoring and alerts as well as our on-call production support strategy. · Organize and manage testing requirements, processes, and guidelines.
