As a prep/dishwasher I have many responsibilities that need to be done before a certain time of the day. I cut and meats vegetables, make broth, and all sorts of sauces that have to be measured correctly. On top of prep work I have to do dishes and make sure all the correct fda procedures are practiced In order to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

As a driver and warehouse worker we have multiple responsibilities. When we’re working in the warehouse we have to lift heavy boxes and open them according to the delivers of the next day. When we’re not opening boxing we’re organizing the warehouse and cleaning it or going on service calls to pick up furniture to be fixed. When we’re driving we have to stay attentive to the road and the people around us. When we’re in customers homes we have to be nice and respectful of any questions or concerns they might have while also having to deliver and carry heavy sofas and loveseats into people’s homes.

Definitely one of the busiest work environments I’ve ever had to work in. We are always busy so a sense of urgency is much needed weather it’s working in the kitchen or outside. As a prep cook I use different methods of cutting vegetables and meats as well as making sauces. I have a certain time frame to cut all these items by as well. My dish responsibilities are much more then dishes. I have to make bobba, refill the sodas in the back, restock kitchen items, help with prep. When I’m serving I have to make sure every costumers needs are attended to and make sure they have the best possible time while at the restaurant. Responsibilities include drink refilling, bussing, order taking, running food, small talk with customers, and restocking front of house items.

Worked in a team setting using forklifts to move pallets, and box cutters to open and put them on the shelf. We had a tight schedule and time we had to get different tasks done by every night. Was used to carrying up to 60 pounds of boxes by hand if necessary. And can work late.
