District Sales Manager, responsible for dealer financial and sales growth. By doing in-depth dive in to dealership financials annualising dealers trends and going rates. Together with dealer principal and group directors compiling corrective measurements to set right all out of line areas. Assist dealers in compiling marketing, advertising and profit improvement plans which will be beneficiary to the dealer and the MEO. “What lies before us and what lies behind us are small matters compared to what lies within us and when you bring what is within out into the world, miracles happen."

Annalising dealer aftersales financials in both parts and service derpartments. Working together with the Dealer Principals and Franchise Directors in compiling dealer marketing, advertising and dealer profite improvement plans to make it work for both the OEM and the dealer.Implementation and measuring of the above mentioned plans, monitoring the progress on achieving set goals.

Maganging the Aftersales marketing

Started as an apprentice and qualified with in two and half year as a technitian and worked on all tipes of vehicles. After two year where premoted to co-manager with my dad responsible for the driveway and tuckshop. In January I was offer the oppertunity at Hyundai Motors / Wheels of Africa.

Did my National Defence Force service for our country, qualified as a D&M officer; give instruction to national permanent force memebers in qualifing them as D&M office and tester. After completing the two year I started working with my dad at his company Van der Linde Motors.
