Operations Support Specialist (OSS) – Senior Level provides integrated, executive level, confidential non-standard operational logistics support to the Client. The OSS coordinates, maintains, and distributes operational taskings to Logistics managers, Logistics Planners, Staff Officers, Project Officers, Project Managers, or Procurement Coordinators. The incumbent monitor status of all tasks and briefed leadership as directed. The OSS interacts with principals of military installations as well as government contracted operations and logistics support personnel to ensure contract cost, schedule, and performance objectives and deliverable's are met.

• Serves as the key leader of the Board of Directors; ensuring the organization’s activities are compliant and in furtherance of its mission to serve wounded, injured and ill special operations service members and veterans• Leading, managing and developing the organizations employees, volunteers and organizational culture• Developing, implementing, monitoring, and assessing the organization’s adaptive sporting programs (including their impact on the Special Operations Bionic Warrior athletes)• Creating and maintaining beneficial relationships with donors, funders, supporters, collaborators, allies, vendors, and other stakeholders• Ensuring effective external communications about the organization and its mission, priorities, importance, programs, and activities

• Gathered and organized materials/information for the Special Operations Bionic Warrior, Inc. (SOBW) program to create a functioning and evolving business plan to include mission statements, organizational charts, financial plans, and strategic plan initiatives• Maintained yearly financial tracking and reporting which included fund raiser contributions, grants, and donations; managed accounts receivable and accounts payable with 100% accuracy while increasing operating expenses by 90%• Assisted veterans in seeking and finding employment post military in both the federal and civilian sectorsBusiness Plans and Proposals Manager• Provided logistical expertise and support for SOBW athletes who participated in benevolent events across the United States; scheduled transportation, lodging, meals, and participants’ activity equipment• Coordinated and supervised events for over 50 athletes of SOBW who attended and participated in the TEAM Adventure Challenge (2013/2014) and the Wild Canyon Games in Bend, OR

Served as the Power Plant Shop Supervisor in the Army’s only MH-47E/G heavy assault helicopter turbine engine repair shop; responsible for supervising, mentoring, training, and caring for six Non Commissioned Officers, six junior enlisted soldiers, and two civilians. Accountable for daily, routine, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance in regards to AVIM, AVUM, and limited DEPOT repairs on 75 highly modified T55-L-714, 76 GA 714A turbine engines, and 25 T63-T-2B auxiliary power units; accounted for all power plant repair facilities, special tools, and mission support deployment packages; valued at $6 million; responsible for the health, welfare, and professional development of all assigned soldiers. Deployed in support of Operations Enduring and Iraq Freedom on multiple missions supporting special operations aviation assets an customers.

Instructed and integrated over 400 newly assigned soldiers, Non Commissioned Officers, and Officers into the Unitied States Army's only Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Provided direct instruction on small arms tactics, land navigation, hand-to-hand (combatives), and first responders preparation.
