Coordinate implementation and operation of information systems for compliance with 1) policies and procedures for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) as required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS), and 2) Department of Labor (DOL) regulations pertaining to the employment of foreign nationals. Responsible for case management software installation and maintenance for the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) including testing, documentation, security oversight, training key users and problem resolution. Identify functional and technical needs for OISS; work with other IT professionals across campus to support data interfaces between OISS and UNH offices involved in the enrollment and employment of foreign nationals. Create statistical reports and lists from various databases. Manage and maintain OISS website. Responsible for desktop hardware/software installation and maintenance for OISS.

Undergraduate Admission. Sole responsibility for the University PeopleSoft project as it pertains to Undergraduate Admission.Major Accomplishments:Common Application integration for all Undergraduate Applications for Fall 2010.Document imaging implementation project for the Admission Office took place immediately following the PeopleSoft 8.9 upgrade. The project included analyzing the current workflow and making appropriate changes to incorporate the new imaging process. Working with vendor technical representatives and our own programmers, testing in a very short amount of time proved to be a challenge. Training was also a significant part of this project.Analyzed the process of tracking supporting documents and set up a prospecting system in PeopleSoft for a more efficient tracking system.Lead functional user role for both Graduate and Undergraduate Admission handling 8.9 upgrade setups, testing, security and training.Worked with support staff and admission counselors to develop a clear workflow for internal use as well as upcoming document imaging project.Worked with programmers to implement an SQR to provide an Applicant Status page for students.
