My longest teaching experience is in higher education (more than 14 years). I have had a chance to teach in five countries. Listing backwards: US, Thailand, Malaysia (Off-campus Program), The Philippines and Ethiopia. Most of the settings I worked in were international. So, I had the privilege of having students from more than 40 countries. I consider it the best part of my professional experience. My students were my inspiration to develop my skills in IT, photography, video editing and music (I am a performing whistler. I believe flexibility was my strength in the institutions I have worked in. I have taught more than 25 subjects. Most of the time, my new assignments were because another instructor had to leave the institution.As an educator, I make an effort to see the potential in my students and try to be the person who makes it easy for them to reach their goals. In fact, it is my pleasure to see many of them as successful professionals here on LinkedIn.
