Current1. Daily analysis of all distributors’ shipment performance against target in order to guide against deviation from target achievement.2. Daily analysis of all distributors’ depletion performance against target in order to guide against deviation from target achievement.3. Daily, Weekly, Monthly analysis of GN shipment and depletion performance by territory, Area and divisions.4. Ensure preparation and sharing of daily sales performance by SKUs, Brand and by channel 5. Generate insight into how each SKUs, brand and channel depletion is treading against shipment.6. Timely resolution of customers’ complaint in term of promo reconciliation and frees claims.7. Oversee and coordination of external independent stock taker across all the division. 8. Ensure weekly and monthly analysis of stock in trade for management decision 9. Monthly preparation of stock cover by DB, Area and Division10. Monthly preparation for league table for field sales force.11. Coordination of 5 Divisional admin Managers to get the source data
