Apac Corn Product Development Lead
CurrentLeading R&D efforts and teams delivering the pre commercial corn seed and trait pipelines and product advancement processes and decision science across all APAC countries and dozens of markets valued at $320 M Sales.• Partner with teams of Plant Breeders, Data Scientists, field testing teams, product managers and marketing teams in a fast paced R&D environment in APAC and across Regions to accelerate Corn pipeline and product development efforts.• Strengthen commercial partnership to define, develop, influence and support product portfolio strategies, market segments, product concepts, product development and advancement criteria to ensure commercial hybrid seed, biotech and native trait product pipeline annual deployments are enabled to grow the corn business year over year.• Drive decisions to deliver yearly a new deployment class focused to meet the needs of Bayer Brands and licensing while increasing genetic gain and support the multimillion dollar commercial LRP for corn including China JV.• Responsible for developing and executing advanced pipeline stages advancement strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize utilization of advanced Genetics by Bayer commercial channels.• Foster strong collaborative relationships with enabling teams and the commercial organization to deliver a robust pipeline and ensure meaningful knowledge transfer during pipeline hand-offs
