Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing as well as flexible reimbursement for all employees across the group in compliance to organizational policies and procedures. Steering management by supporting with quarterly and annual Labour Cost reports and Budgets to optimize resource utilization and streamline processes for managing cost of labour aimed at organizational profitability.  Providing Manpower budget for new project bidding based on the Size of the project and client requirement. Management of employee contracts, contractual amendments/variations and processing Full & Final settlements.  Management of employee Information in GHRS and IMS Portals along with employee’s physical Files. Management of Insurance and Mediclaim policies of employees, guiding employee with insurance claims and repatriation of mortal remains of expired employee to their home and coordinating their family. Guide employees through the organizational hierarchy, in interpreting organizational policies and statutory laws on various aspects of employment and other related factors. Facility management for Human Resources Department and Administration Finance Control Department. Monitoring DFAC Facility, menu preparation and periodical modifications for Asian DFAC.
