With over 11 years of IT experience, I specialize in quality analysis and quality process, ensuring high standards and best practices for software development life cycle, agile and waterfall methodologies, and bug tracking systems.I have a strong understanding of QA principles, use cases, and test cases, and I leverage my skills in test automation, AWS, and performance testing to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for SonyLIV's diverse and growing audience. I also collaborate with agile team members, product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to remove impediments, foster team self-management, and reinforce agile project management and engineering practices.
