Developing the Pentagon Renovation Program into a D-B project for the remaining Wedge 2-5 project was a unique opportunity, so much so that I moved to the constructor-side and helped secure & renovate the Pentagon. My team was fortunate enough to be there to help rebuild the Pentagon after 9-11 and finish up over a decade of renovation.Moving on to my next large scale campus project the NSA RSOC is a TS-level facility at Fort Gordon-GA. So much about this project I can't talk about but met a great NSA facility project manager named Dave Cobb who retried from NSA to come help me secure & build the CSEC Campus in Ottawa Ontario. This project is a stunning testament to how functionality can be incredibly beautiful while extremely cost-efficient. There is more bang for the buck in that building than any other campus I have completed. Now back at CNL Chalk River, after the revitalization Projects of that campus has taken a dramatic shift through our team executing IPD Mass Timber buildings. Such a unique and beautiful solution that will redefine ROI for office buildings.
