My daily responsibilities at CyberArk involved providing level 2 remote support to our international enterprise customers for our suite of cybersecurity software. This often involved troubleshooting issues on Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016, as well as Linux based servers, as well as our proprietary software.

Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance. This position also required me to learn the basic ins and outs of telecom phone lines, as well as Central Office wiring of power as well as interconnections between our Central Office equipment.From this position I was moved into a R&D Specialist position. This position was used to explore the latest and greatest technology that was available at the time, evaluate it, and discuss the probability and actions required to implementing it into our network. This position also involved traveling to various trade shows and representing our company on our search for new technology.I was then moved into a Network Technician position in the Network Operations Center at 702 Communications. My duties involved handling of T1/DS3/OCx circuit building, teardown and troubleshooting on Cisco 15454 as well as Nortel Networks TransportNode OC-48 NE units. Duties also included wiring and troubleshooting of Carrier Access Corporation Widebank 28 MUX units, as well as other various MUX/DeMUX equipment including DWDM and CWDM units in our Central Office. Along with my transport duties, I also helped out processing daily switch orders on our Nortel DMS-10, CopperComm, and MetaSwitch telephone switches. I helped a friend of mine get this DJ business off the ground and switched co-owners after a couple of years. I have been the main DJ since we took over the new name in 2000. My main duties here include primarily DJing for Weddings, though other events do come up from time to time. In this position, we've tried several software solutions as we converted our CD library to MP3's to have greater availability for our customers. We currently use Native Instruments Traktor.

I was employed as the EDI Coordinator for Allied Building Products. My duties were to set up electronic invoicing for a company dealing with 200+ vendors and 100+ branch locations. Most duties were performed on a Data General based Unix box and Windows 98 based PC's. This Involved working with Unix shell scripts, analyzing of data, and creating system modification requests to be submitted to our software vendor.

My duties at Valley Ford mainly involved inventory control on an AS/400 system. I was responsible for daily receipting of stock and special order items, placing orders online with Ford as well as other vendors, and light distribution of reports and paperwork. I started at Nash Finch Company as a Computer Operator. My duties included performing nightly backups, submission of jobs, light data entry, and editing of control cards on a System/36. I held this position for almost a year before my position was changed to PC Coordinator. My new duties included upgrading of PC equipment, troubleshooting PC problems, and overlooking a user base of about 90 PC users, and 4 Macintosh users in both Fargo and Minot.
