Systems Engineer
Current- Provide direct support to larger customers and L2/L3 support to the customer support group.- Analyze customer networks then provide recommends to enhance reliability and performance.- Support field personnel in product demonstrations and field trials.- Network trouble shooting. Through VPNs the mobile gateways effectively become extensions to a customer’s enterprise network through cellular and/or wifi and a wide variety of routing and security issues can arise.- Provide feedback to Product Management/R&D to improve product functionality and customer relations.- Create customer specific functionality using bash and python scripts.
