As Global Service Delivery Manager I was responsible for the worldwide Application Maintenance and Development Services to Siemens. Furthermore I have worked as crisis manager and coach in individual projects and as Interim CIO. In all my assignments I gained outstanding international experience, and I am well practiced with intercultural teams. I have studied Information Science and Industrial Psychology at the University of Hamburg, and hold the diploma of Information Science (M.Sc.).
