Living in Accommodation and Combined Mess, Living in Accommodation consists of 5 No. 2 storey accommodation units for housing Air Force troops and the Combined Mess caters for meals to the troops.

This project consists of a single story research Laboratory involving plant rooms with child water air handling units, electrical monitored door locks to air locks, Laboratory to meet the standard of AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) for mosquito research, specialised aluminium cladding, Structural steel and masonry rendered walls, stainless steel bench tops and splash backs, vinyl flooring and disabled pathways and building access and amenities. The project also included civil works – cut and fill and form building pads, cut and fill and shape new swale, cut and fill new access road and car park. Despite constant changes and delays by the client and consultants, the project was completed within the time frame with minimal defects.

This project consists of a three story research Laboratory involving plant rooms with child water air handling units, electrical monitored door locks to air locks, Structural steel and masonry and clay brick walls, stainless steel bench tops and splash backs, vinyl flooring and disabled pathways and building access and amenities. The project also included civil works – cut and fill and form building pads.

The Skyrail terminal upgrade included an expansion of the Caravonica terminal infrastructure. This project consisted of expanding reservations and ticketing facilities, work shop facilities, a larger retail store and an introduction of the new ‘canopy café’. The works were carried out in an environmentally sensitive location.

Redevelopment of an existing hotel into a five storey, strata-titled apartment complex incorporating ground floor retail and commercial tenancies. The refurbishment including one new building, housing six premium beachfront units, substantial demolition and rebuilding to the existing buildings and creation of 129 self-contained units.

This project consisted of an 18 floor apartment block, two level car parks and a podium deck with a 16 storey apartment tower. I was responsible for the finishing on 42 apartments and two double storey penthouses.

The project was a 6 storey apartment consisting of under cover parking, retail shop, a podium with a 4 storey tower and 18 units.Took this project out of the ground and 2 leves above podium.
