• Administrative support and account management for major clients en Costa Rica y Guatemala, incluyendo: Taco Bell, McDonalds, PROCASA, Grupo HAME, Café Gitane en Guatemala y Arcos Dorados en Costa Rica.• Management of client platforms in Guatemala, ensuring documentation and access needs are met, including: SerCae: Ingenio Pantaleón and Grupo HAME – Clever: PEPSICO - Safety Record: FEMSA.• Management of customer purchase orders in Guatemala and Costa Rica.• Administrative support, including planning, audits, report modernization, and problem resolution.• Collaboration with complementary and highly skilled teams in Sales, Operations, Finance, and manager areas across Mexico, Brazil, Central America, and the Caribbean.
