As a former educator, I enjoy helping others to make sense of data and use it to tell a story. I am currently part of a team of evaluators and researchers who work to evaluate the impact of leadership development in the social sector. My research interests include developing leaders in the higher education space, women's leadership, Latinx/Hispanic leadership, and measuring impact.
